Chris Butterworth, guest speaker at the Australian  Institute of Management

Chris Butterworth has been invited by the Australian Institute of Management as a guest speaker at the South Australian Project Management Showcase. The one day event aimed at Business Leaders & Managers covers topics such as Lean Thinking, Project Delivery, Communication and Scheduling.

Chris, representing S A Partners, will be delivering a talk on 'Applying Lean Business System Thinking to Project Management.

The event takes place 2nd September 2011 in Adelaide.
